Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Bias Says website and Bias Says Publisher tool. By authorizing a social account or using the tool, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose and eligibility

Bias Says Publisher is an internal content-publishing tool for the authorized Bias Says operator. You may use it only if you control the connected account and have authority to grant the requested platform permissions.

2. Authorized use

The tool may be used to upload and publish original or properly licensed educational content to approved Bias Says channels. You must not use it to access another person's account, violate platform rules, infringe intellectual-property rights, or distribute unlawful or misleading material.

3. Account connections

Social-account connections are provided through the relevant platform's official authorization service. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions you grant and keeping your platform account secure. Access may be revoked through platform settings at any time.

4. Content responsibility

The authorized operator remains responsible for uploaded content, captions, and publishing choices. References to artists, groups, social platforms, or trademarks are descriptive only. Bias Says is an independent educational brand and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or the artists discussed in its lessons.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Publishing may be delayed or fail due to platform outages, expired authorization, review requirements, rate limits, or other factors outside our control. We may modify or suspend the tool for maintenance or safety.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bias Says is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including failed or delayed publication. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Termination

We may disable access if these Terms are violated or if continued operation creates a security or compliance risk. Connected access can also be terminated by revoking the app in the relevant platform settings.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Questions may be sent by direct message to the official @biassays Instagram account or the Bias Says Facebook Page.
